A red-bricked, Victorian archway leads to The Mere's acres of countryside, 18-hole championship golf course and spa. Local produce is served on seasonal menus at the 3 restaurants and lounge bars. Tatton Park, with its manor house and deer park, is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

With a glass roof, Browns 2 AA Rosette-awarded restaurant at TheMere has a contemporary décor and a feature floor-to-ceiling wine wall. Light snacks and healthy meals are available in the Spa Lounge and Bar. A British menu and local ales are served in The Mere Golf Resort & Spa’s informal Club Lounge and Bar.

All rooms are individually designed and have a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Luxury toiletries and bathrobes are provided in the bathroom.

The spa offers a range of treatments and the health club has a 20-meter indoor pool and a gym. Free private parking is provided and the M6 motorway is within 5 minutes’ drive of the hotel. Knutsford town centre can be reached after a 10-minute drive.
